Michigan Birth Injury Attorney Serving Clients Throughout the U.S.

Rebecca Walsh came to ABC Law Centers (Reiter & Walsh, P.C.) in 2011 to focus on her skills in personal injury and medical malpractice. She has been practicing law since 1992, and had previously worked as a trial attorney on high-profile personal injury lawsuits and won multi-million dollar settlements for her clients. Now, birth injury is where her passion lies. As a partner and senior attorney at ABC Law Centers, her work has significantly contributed to the firm’s consistent, award-winning presence.

Rebecca brings extensive knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering determination to ABC Law Centers: Birth Injury Lawyers. She is able to parse through complex legal and medical information and win difficult birth injury cases. All the while, she maintains focus on communication, making sure that her clients are kept informed throughout their cases, and that their questions are answered.

She brings a wealth of experience to ABC Law Centers. In the past, she defended premises and general liability, personal injury, no-fault Personal Protection Insurance (PIP), property and commercial lawsuits. She served as a prosecutor for medical malpractice, auto negligence, premises liability, police brutality and false imprisonment, constitutional violations, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

Not only is she recognized as a skillful litigator, but she is also known as an educator and speaker. In the past, she taught Legal Methods at Cooley Law School as an adjunct professor. She continues to write and speak about insurance litigation and trial practices on a regular basis.

Through her work at ABC Law Centers, she strives to bring her clients closer to the resources they need. With a specific focus on birth injury law, she uses her legal expertise to give the most vulnerable clients the opportunities and resources they deserve.
