Rebecca Walsh, partner at ABC Law Centers, has been recognized by Best Lawyers in the 28th edition of The Best Lawyers in America(c) for her work in medical malpractice law and personal injury litigation. Also due to high, positive voter feedback, Walsh is also being recognized as one of the 2022 “Lawyer of the Year” award recipients for Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs in Troy, MI.
The Best Lawyers awards are selected annually by recipients’ peers, and only one lawyer is chosen per field and community for the “Best Lawyers of the Year” award.
Walsh brings extensive knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering determination to ABC Law Centers. Before joining ABC in 2011, she served as a prosecutor for medical malpractice, auto negligence, premises liability, police brutality and false imprisonment, constitutional violations, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination. She is also known as an educator and speaker. She has taught Legal Methods at Cooley Law School and continues to write and speak about insurance litigation and trial practices on a regular basis.
Walsh is the current chair of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group (BTLG), a sustaining member of the AAJ and MAJ, the current elected Michigan delegate to the AAJ, and a MAJ executive board member.
