Prescription drug maker GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to pay $750 million to settle criminal and civil charges in the nation’s fourth largest health care fraud settlement.
A $3.75 Million Settlement was recently approved for a child with mild cerebral palsy, mental retardation & developmental delays. Detroit birth injury attorneys Jesse M. Had the doctors performed the C-section earlier, the baby’s brain damage could have been prevented, explained Jesse Reiter. The child will need lifelong care as a result.
